We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery to the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars. In most cases, orders arrive without any additional customs charges, however, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
